IT'S TIME TO HELP OUR FRIEND IN NEED!!!!

To all who have sent love and prayers:

One day after his 6th Birthday, Gabriel has been diagnosed with "Huntington's"...this disease is very rare in a child and is usually found in adults or juveniles.
None of us know how long we will have Gabriel with us -- this will be decided by our Creator of life...whom we call God. In the meantime we will celebrate each day as a blessing. (Gabriel means God is my Strength)

Many have offered to send donations and God bless you for even thinking this way. Our good friend Ann-Jeff LaFrance has kindly offered to manage this for Tristin and Gabriel....she has a bank account opened for this purpose. Tristin will be able to access this account in ways that her family will need it.... fun things for Gabe of course but also to help with special diets, vitamins, medical trips and any other unforseen circumstances over the coming months or years.

 Thank you to everyone...God bless you all...and remember ... prayers don't cost a thing and there can never be enough.

Daily Humour

After an exceptionally long and boring sermon the congregation filed out of the church not saying a word to the pastor. After a while a man shook the pastor's hand and said, "Pastor, that sermon reminded me of the peace and love of God!" The pastor was ecstatic. "No-one has ever said anything like that about one of my sermons before! Tell me, how did it remind you of the peace and love of God?" "Well", said the man, "it reminded me of the peace of God because it passed all human understanding and it reminded me of the love of God because it endured forever!"

Family service with Holy Communion last Sunday of each Month

We are thrilled to have Rev. Ackerly officiating at our monthly
Family Service which is a service of  Holy Communion.
He is a wonderful man and I would encourage everyone to come and
listen to him and also invite others to come as well.

Our layreaders will continue  leading our other services
until further notice.

Continue to prayer for our Parish
 as we make our way through another year

Nothing is impossible with God.
Luke 1:37

Thought for today

He cannot fail, your faithful God;
He’ll guard you with His mighty power;
Then fear no ill though troubles rise,
His help is sure from hour to hour. —Bosch

With God behind you and His arms beneath you, you can face whatever lies ahead of you. —Ward
